The Human, His Mind and His God

William Shakespeare has once expressed that all the world is a stage and we are bound to play our role in this stage.  He has described the life span of a human being as seven stages.  He describes the last stage of a human being -  that is the old age - as  second childhood.  The child needs support from others to stay active and so is the case with the old people also.  The child has no teeth and the old age also is toothless.  The child needs a support to stand and the same is the case with old people also. Shakespeare gives us a hint that we have to give proper care to the old people as we do with our children.

But unfortunately, we are living in a world where the old people are not taken care of properly.  It is evident from the number of old age homes, which are emerging like anything in this world.  Actually, do we need any old age homes actually?  Of course I am not against old age homes, since it is needed to look after the old people with nobody to look after them.  It is duty of this society to look after the old.
